A comprehensive display of these products is available to view at our purpose-built showroom in the heart of St. Peter (which has no parking worries).   We offer an efficient and reliable service with some of the most modern technology the engraving industry has to offer - We offer an in-house design and consultation facility which allows us to produce bespoke awards and special commissions, many of which have been well received throughout the Island over many years - these include the 50th Anniversary Liberation medal for both Jersey and Guernsey, the 1997 Island Games medals, the innovative Jersey Telecom Small Business Award and the States Of Jersey Long Service gifts.   C. I. Engravers was founded in 1969 by Colin Welsh, who through his heavy involvement with boxing, recognised the need for a specialist trophy and engraving service to support the Islands sporting community. Having initially started on a part time basis it was not long before Colin ventured full time on his own working 7 days a week (including evenings) to offer a first class, "nothing is too much trouble" service, something we still pride ourselves on today.   On leaving school in 1980 Colin's youngest son, Jon joined the business and between them they started to develop what C.I. Engravers is today - introducing glass and crystal products and glass engraving . Having studied at University and then spent a number of years in the financial industry, Colins eldest son, Russell joined the business in 1996 and has helped with further development. The introduction of computerised & laser technology has enhanced the ever increasing range of products including promotional, corporate and business gifts. Jon's son Craig became the 3rd generation of the Welsh family to join C.I. Engravers when he left school to join us in 2002.
